Did you receive the wrong item or was something damaged? Or was your package lost?

In the rare case that you receive a broken or defective item, please call us immediately at +41 56 470 73 73. We'll work with you to send a replacement as soon as possible at no additional charge as every component of your bellicon is covered under warranty.
